::Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. My master's name was Chris Lai "Senior master". I had long hair during 5 years and I asked to cut my ends only. In result he cut so short , what is bad thing is one side of my hair was long, another was short. OMG i have never suggest you to go there. And he was trying to blame me. In addition, they didn't even apologize , just was trying to forcing me to pay for my awful hair cut ever.

::Ive noticed there are some pretty awful reviews here. One thing about this place is that you need to make an appointment. It's popular so book if you want to be attended to promptly. Second, know what you want. Color and treatment is pretty good but they aren't flashy. If you want fun, cool things go to No 76. If you want a great cut go to The Cutting Room. Side note, their manicurist does a great job cleaning up the nails.

::Rambuy saya rusak habis di rebonding disini. Styles nya CHRIS LAI. Rambut saya di gunting pendek,style nya pun jelek sangat. Saya bayar rm1.600. Bayar mahal tapi dapat rambut rusak. very bad. Tak akan mau saya ke salon ini lagi.
