  Had my hair done here and one side was flat and the other was puffy. I came out of the store disappointed and to top it nothing was done to fix it after I complained

  Very Bad!!! I took the wash & blow package and it cost me 56myr... they wash my hair very fast like they needed to be somewhere else and didn't even apply any conditioner.. came out my hair look very dry and not really straight (they don't even blow it properly).. in terms on the pricing, i think they simply charge only... It's a very quick wash and blow.. cost me this expensive.. not worth the money...

  I took the "wash and cut" package for 48myr, they started with suggesting so many other expensive packages for hair health then after I rejected all they became very cold in their treatment, they literally spent more time washing my hair (short hair) than cutting it, I feel that I could've done the same haircut at my bathroom. In addition to all of that, they didn't wash my hair after the haircut, even the staff member that did the haircut blew my hair only on the sides, so after I left the "saloon" I still had small hair all over inside of my shirt! Totally unprofessional!
