::Went here for lunch at first floor. A very clean and cheap food court. The food was delicious. There are some mobile phone shops and Tabung Haji at ground floor.

::Can hardly be called a digital mall if you're only selling mobile phones and pendrives. The people at Low Yat must be quite amused. Lots of shops selling clothes and food. Low Yat 2 it is not. Hopefully with the conversion to a UTC, the building management will up their game and help realise the full potential of this sad sad building.
