::Step out from this salon mins ago. Really like the salon ambiance, it is surrounded by a lot of greenery. Relaxing. The salon is like a hidden retreat while being close to Sumang LRT and busy Punggol interchange. Very convenient. Price is reasonable. Did a full hair work from colour and highlight, treatment and hair cut while hubby did colour and cut. Our kids were more than happy to play at nearby playground. Would definitely visit this salon again.

::Not happy at all. Had a cut and highlight at punggol salon tdy. Firstly, the person (shall not name names) ask me to choose the colour (she was all by herself btw, and do note that i had called her previous day to.set an appt letting her know what i wanted), once chosen i asked for the price. So its 128 for super long hair and she proceeded to start highlighting my hair..you can tell its not professionally done at all. She left so much hair at the bottom untouched probably because the hair dye (whc is actually bleach) has run out and she just cant be bothered! So, she proceed to attend to another customer. Came back to me about 50 mins later, open a foil, and asked me if the colour is ok. I asked her if she meant this is gonna be the final colour. She said if i want the colour that i chose i must top up another 104. But this she did not mention when i asked for the price earlier. Maybe she thinks its the first time i did highlights, but my hair is freaking orange. Whats the point of her asking me to choose the colour then. Was already pissed at that point but still kept my cool. She then washed my hair, effing Violently (not exxagerating, and she was really rough throughout the way). Did not even shampoo or conditioned. So anyway review is too long already gonna cut it short..i decided not to colour my hair. I dont trust her to do anything further.. Ps: I purchased a hair dye to cover those fugly orange highlights

::Discover this salon by accident as I was walking around my new neighbourhood. I wanted to rebond and do treatment but didn't find the time before so I went in to ask the price. Pricing is reasonable (mid range salon pricing). This salon is friendly with relax atmosphere and was surprised it serves good Dilmah tea(free), mind you they served me 3 cups throughout my 4 hours of getting my hair serviced. Philip, the stylist, was attentive and understood what I wanted. I feel good with my newly rebonded hair and my hair is soft after the hair treatment. As a new customer at this salon, I am pleased and will definitely come back again. On the way out, I picked up his namecard and there's another branch in pasir ris, whitesands shoppping centre. Highly recommended!
