::It's has been upgraded with new, colourful seats and never miss its duty to protect spectators from rain and shine. Everything is fine except for the toilet. Although the stadium has been upgraded, but the toilet was invaded with rubbish which I don't see janitors removing it and the odour lingers. The hygiene of the toilet needs to be reviewed.

::Looks great from the outside, but the amenities need to be improved - especially the toilets. They are gross. During major events: Thereโs always a ridiculously long queue for the ladies and the toilet facilities are always wet, dirty and smell like a urinal. Please improve them!

::The sound system at the Arena has to improve. Sometimes ok but sometimes not clear other than boom boom boom. Could hardly make out what Bruno Mars was talking as well as when he was singing. Its ok that they don't allow you to bring water in but please have enough outlets to sell the drinks as the queues were so long. Finally, the traffic flow has to be improved to disperse the vehicle traffic. It should not take 45-60 minutes to get out !

::Very grand looking place. Your spirit gets high once you enter this place. When you are in the centre, you can see every spectator's eyes on you. Similarly, when you are at the spectators place, the main centre place is very visible. I attended a launching and the sound system was simply superb. Entry and exit were big and not too winding.

::Seating is bad. Watching one championship on gold ticket, all i can see is the back of someone head. Axiata should renovate and ensure seating have enough elevation for a comfortable viewing angle for ticket buyer.. if you have to go this place, buy cheaper ticket on top. You get much better view of centre court
