Decent coffee in general. Will recommend their red berries tea!! (It's better than Tealive's HEHE)

Worst service ever. Employees who don't know anything relating the cafe offers and simply say "oh we dont have that offer here" until I showed the staff that branch (KLIA2) is included. Asked for tray and was replied with "ohh that one is expensive and we can't simply give it to the customers. We count it".... Wow.... Overpriced food and beverages with low quality and service....

I brought a group of 10 executives for breakfast at about 8 am today. It was our first visit. Good setting meant for a relax conversation (2nd floor). The bread and coffee were good. Regretfully, there are two areas requiring the management's attention. Firstly, the toilet has turned out to be a public toilet. It is probably due to the fact that the cafe is located just at the SS2 morning market. Secondly, we had quite an unimpressive experience with one of the staff. We found the music was way louder than the average. We sought the help of the staff to just lower the volume a little. Anyway, we were the only group there (from 8-10 am). Surprisingly, it turned out neither she nor others knew where the music player is, or how to lower the volume (really?). The answer was "tak tahu." The staff turned impolite when we asked if there is anyone else we could talk to - or the cafe supervisor. Well, she gave us a person to call and it turned out that the "number is not in service". Ha ha :) Other than that, the visit was quite an okay for us. Would we visit again?
