  The staff are not professional, puts you on hold on the phone for more than 30 minutes and then cuts off your line, and they answer rudely regardless of how patient you be with them. After calling multiple rounds, their phone gets engaged because they continue put you on hold and can't seem to get anything done nor did they help with any enquiries I initially have because I can't seem to get through to them via call ever since.

  We hd accident car here which is not our falsed. Mistake is the chinese girl hit our car on the right side but police said it was our mistake since we hd change way and give signal! While she busy texting wuts app and play the phone and hit our car! The problem is one fatty sarjan said "its okay if play handphone while driving! No problem"!!! Fine guys, after this we all play phone while driving and it is not illegal at all starting from NOW!!!! And one police at counter took bribe to cancelled the saman traffic with 50% goes to his pocket. Macam-macam polis ada zaman sekarang! Pls Majulah Untuk NEGARA!!

  Contrary to the negatives review here, mine was pretty much smooth and swift from the first report to the sergeant. Great guys at the reporting desk. Fyi - You can lodge report at nearby police station, the reports will be still pushed to traffic division within 24hours.

  Go to counter 4 take the accident form, fill it up & submit to counter 7, then wait for your name to be called up. (This may take more than an hour, so please make sure u've eaten before coming here) parking is just bad here, so coming by Grab/Uber is recommended. If ur going for Police report due to accident expect to waste 2-3 hours minimum here. All the best!
