::They telling the bank will close at 4.30 , but actually the closing time is 3.40 . Very disappointed with their timing. Service very inconvenient.

::Friendly staff. Foreign exchange counter opens 7 days a week from 9am to 8.45pm. The bank officer behind the counter patiently answered my questions.
