  Ample parking spaces can be found in front of the hotel. The room rates is quite reasonable. There are also many eateries nearby this hotel; whether it is for Muslims or non-muslims. There also several clinics quite nearby. Banking is also convenient, as there two banks, within walking distance. Next to this hotel is a coffee shop which have live shows of female singers of chinese songs at 9p.m. to 11.30p.m. Most customers during show time are mostly old people and are beer drinkers. Some of these old customers would buy cloth garland which costs rm20, rm50 or rm100 to offer it to the singer whom they like. 酒店门前设有充足的停车位。房价是相当合理的。这家酒店附近还有很多餐馆;无论是穆斯林还是非穆斯林。附近还有几个诊所。银行也很方便，因为有两家银行，在步行距离内。在这家酒店旁边是一家咖啡店，在9点钟有中国歌曲女歌手的现场表演。至11.30p.m大多数客户在展会期间大多是老年人，也是啤酒饮酒者。其中一些老客户会购买花布r20，rm50或rm100的布朗花环，向所喜欢的歌手提供。
