::We told the agent to booked us on 4* hotel and Flights for our 10 days trip to mongolia and siberia. To our shocked and horror , we were booked on budget airline on our flight back with no baggage allowance. No seats allocations were made and we were not able to sit together on the flight. How can an experience travel agent not booked for baggage allowances on a 10 days trip? We were forced to buy our baggage allowances at the airport which is more expensive. Isn't it commonsense to buy baggage allowances when booking air tickets for such long trip. The airline they booked for us from siberia is the worst airline in term of service. We rely on them to make all the arrangement as we were not familiar with the airlines and their policy. Moreover, we were ill advice on the transfer of our flights causing us so much stress and time wasted trying to retrieve our luggages for the next sector of our flight. We use their services to ensure all our needs are met so that we can enjoy our holiday. Instead we ended up all stressed and with additonal cost to pay for our baggage. This travel agent inexperience and cost cutting has cause us so much stress and inconvenience.
