::Few years ago is good but now very run down. - credit card machine , can't use ... - air-conditioning unit drips like raining and not cold at all, in the end my wife and I sleep at the TV room as that is the only place that is slightly cooler a bit (25-28 C) - lights broken - fan broken - 6 bathroom , only 3 have water - been trying to call for 2 days, as I'm leaving my towel there. But no one answer. So sad ... It is once in my favourite list ... But now in my black list.

::BBunkers is a cool, modern, and clean hostel but which is in a very boring area! Santubong is not really worth a visit, the beach is not very nice and there is not much to do up here. If you do come, however, you won’t be disappointed with this hostel.

::this was actually my first experience in a hostel and it was very pleasant. clean and quiet, but when i went there was only one or two other people staying there. Perfect for easy access to mount santubong, the beach, cultural village, and affordable food options.

::Love this place.. for b&b and budget inn or for backpackers, this place definitely your place.. its hot at noon, but quite cool at night.. but hey why you go here if you just wanna sleep at noon.. go hiking! Lol..the receptionist is polite and can give you much information around the place..
