  I had great time in KL including my stay at the Berjaya Times Square. I had a large room with a wonderful view (if I got bored I could watch the construction site below!) which was comfortable and quiet although the bed was too hard for my liking. Everything else was great - I can't comment on the recreational facilities or dining because I was always out and about exploring the city. But the hotel's location - literally on top of a huge shopping centre - meant that everything you could possibly need was nearby. It was a great base from which to explore. I appreciated the English language newspaper and little evening snacks delivered to my door, thanks to all the staff responsible for those and for cleaning and stocking my room.

  Our stay was very satisfactory. They upgraded our room. The room was spacious and clean. The charm of the hotel is the hotel staff - polite, friendly and helpful. Upon checking in the room, the AC was not working, and it was taken care of in less than 30 minutes (followed by numerous follow up calls, three technicians, repairing it with monster trolley in no time) Location of the hotel is the best you can get. We did not avail any food services so cannot comment on that. WE would love returning here and would definitely recommend to our friends. Just one irritating thing - the exhaust in the washroom was pretty weak

  It's a great hotel located in heart of Kuala Lumpur. Rooms are big and very convenient but maintenance should be improved. For example even though rooms have big windows with nice view, but windows are so dirty with lots of dust on! It's so annoying when you wanna enjoy kl view during your stay! In addition, it's stated in reviews that parking is free, while is not true! You have to pay a flat rate of RM10 for parking

  We are extremely happy with our stay. The hotel has been very well maintained. We find your staff (from front office, to bellboy to concierge) extremely courteous, helpful and professional in their service. My brother was the one who asked me to stay in your hotel. He says I will love it. I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you. Please convey my expression of thanks to your staff. They make the hotel a home away from home, especially our first time ever, Chinese New Year away from home.

  Location is perfect. But the hotel needs better maintenance. Rooms we got (2 bedroom deluxe) were spacious but old and dusty. There were cockroaches in the toilet. Carpet and curtains are very dusty and dirty. The floor of the kitchen/pantry was sticky. The remote controls for the televisions did not work. The air con took very long to cool the room.
