  By far category as bad experience. The concierge was no one. Shops around are pretty much shutdown operation. CARPARK is super tight turn. The car park lighting is poor, wont recommend for ladies to walk alone. Lift Hallway is super dirty, inside the lift is way dusty than my car carpet. Room is simple but the equipment was total no upkeep. Floor wasnt properly sweep, poor housekeeping. With Best Western Brand, the ammenities is totally degraded - Cheap products and not worth for trying the brand

  Really convenient (only walking distance) if you are having an event or function or meeting at AIA, Prudential, MIM etc at the next buildings.

  Stay with young child. The swimming pool is not crowded. Checking in and out is fast less than 5 minit, parking a plenty.

  Great for short stays away from busy activities but easy to travel around to key shopping areas. Rooms are well furnished with fridge and safe too. Parking is complimentary. Awesome!

  Room small but clean and nice. No iron or ironing board. 3 lifts but reasonably slow. Lobby at 6 floor. If tourist bus arrives, the whole lift lobby jammed. I took 30 minutes to get to my room on 13th floor. Mall is practically empty and quite gloomy and we felt quite unsafe there. Car park also quite dark and dirty. Nearby got good restaurants and bistro.
