  Location is great. Access to everything. Decent neighbors. But condominium is very old. Lift’s are terrible my friend stuck there for 30 minuets. (They seems doing modernization, but should be very fast) Facility has good security system, but people who operates it very rude. Overall lot of repairs needs to be done sooner.

  Stay more than 5 years in Bistari Condominium and it is near by Sunway Putra Mall.

  The owner of the condo is a great guy he makes you fell at home. Got to meet is brother a very nice guy who knows his coffee like no others.The place is close to downtown KL .Public transport is at the door.A huge mall is 5 min walking distance. A great place to stay in KL. I recommend it highly.The outdoor poll located on the second floor is very nice as well

  So this one has mixed feelings. I have an amazing apartment. I love the deco and the comforts. It is tastefully furnished and very upmarket. The wifi speed is great as well and the condo is extremely spacious. The building form the outside is also very lovely and attractive. The common areas get cleaned constantly and you smell the freshness during the day when you in and out. There is also a convenient store that is reasonably priced in the building. The part that lets me down is the pool area, gym and tennis court. They do not look attractive as the pics. Also the lifts are not too pleasant. Would be nice if they upgraded those things

  Cozy place with pretty good appartments. Pool is okay. Some appartments have a direct view to the Petronas twin towers. Nearest LRT is PWTC which is only 1 minute away, nearest Monorail is Titiwangsa which is 5 minutes away, nearest KTM is Putra which is 5 minutes away as well. Chow kit area has a market which is not away from Bistari (if using grab it won't take more than 5 minutes). Sunway Putra mall has almost every brand and it's 1 minute away (can be accessed from PWTC station)
