  Thanks to dr wee , she managed to save my puppy that is in very bad condition!! Really grateful... now my angel is happily playing around!!!

  I`M HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES AND THEIR STAFF ALSO QUIET EFFICIENT.. NOT REALLY HAPPY WITH THEIR CHARGES..BUT IT S STILL OK FOR ME BECAUSE IT SEEMS THEY EMPLOYED A LOT OF STAFFS AT COUNTER AND ASSISTANT AT BACK KENNEL.. I WONT MIND TO PAY SLIGHTLY MORE...THEY TAKE CARE MY BOARDING DOG, DAY AND NIGHT, I KEPT DOG AT PETS SHOP WITH CHEAPER PRICE..END OF THE DAY..I NEED TO PAY MORE FOR SOFT AND BLOODY STOOLS...

  After all I want to make it clear is that I never blame anyone for causing the death of my puppy but rather I highly doubted on his professionalism. In my opinion he has no passion as a vet but rather using his occupation SOLELY to make money. You disappoint me. You never done you best. Simply overcharge people. I despise you Dr Muru. If you claimed that you saved his life because it’s 42 degree Celsius. Let me tell you, your assistant was the one who saved my puppy life first. Client ref no: 23542 26/2/2018

  i personally knew this clinic and doctors...this is one of the established and growing clinic and there are more than 10 staff... i personally talk to the senior vet ..and asked him to explain why there are a lot negative review,,,according to the vet,,,this clinic has more than 35000 customers data ...and those writing negative review are mostly rejected customers and more consent about money...and most of then only write one side of story..according him 24 rejected customers from 35000 customers not really important for that clinic....there are few thousand customers are very happy with this clinic,,,

  I'm very disappointed in the service at this clinic. They are very concerned in the payment only. And the charges are way too high. I have heard this issue about this clinic from many people but it was an emergency and I had no other choice but to go there. Other vets were closed. X-ray, blood test and stitches cost me RM402 X-ray was not displayed or explained to me. Just a cd was given. No idea what the blood test was for. I saw a senior Dr who was there but not handling my case. But when he did come out to say something he never spoke to me. Kept telling the young indian dr to come in to the room to discuss the quotation. That's not how you run a business if you want people to be happy with your service.
