::They allowed me to customize my order with them which was nice, however, I specifically ordered flowers that were supposed to include a stand. When they delivered the flowers , they did not include the stand. I have sent several messages to them asking about it but no one has responded. This was on Valentines day 2018. Now it is nearly 3 weeks later and I still haven't received a reply...

::Ordered and pickup myself. It was located in a condominium, waited at the lobby for 30 mins and the flower I received is totally different from the photo they posted. Although the price is cheap, but actual product is different from the posted photo. Disappointed.
