  First, registered post should have notification when failed on attempted to deliver and they not giving. 2nd, tracking status not indicating which branch the exact parcel will store at. 3rd, non of one phone no. listed online are approacheable, no one pick up the phone at all .. Pos Malaysia suck!

  i want my item to be posted at my office but unfortunately the clever postmen sending it after office hour at 7.47pm. ;( i also call the post office but the customer service talk like they never attend any training to be a good customer service. talk like im his friend for 26 years since i was born. really unprofessional! the next day i check the tracking number and my item was unsuccessfully delivered. apakah semua ini??? why the postment dont have initiative to called me? are they dont used a handphone?? okay fine! today 14 december 2016 im calling the cawangan serahan jalan cheras, omg they dont answer my phone call. are they deaf or blind or maybe stupid kind of person. really angry about this matter!!

  Stupid services. They didn't put any notice, when i check the tracking number, then I know my item was unsuccessfully delivered. This lazy people also were very very very difficult in answering phone calls and their tracking systems was always out of service! I hope one day you guys bankrupt!!!

  They did not even try to deliver my parcel (I was waiting at home the whole day). The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star is because when I went to collect it myself, I received immediate help as soon as they saw me. Gave them my details, waited for less than 5 minutes and I got my stuff after verification. Friendly service as well. So.. they failed in courier service, but at least their counter service was nice.
