  I went there for moneygram transfer on friday 1.45 pm. The bank was completely empty when I went there. There was one employee at the counter. However, after I took the no.there were 2 other people came behind me. They were called first instead of me. I calmly waited as I thought they were called for short transactions. However, the second customer took almost 30 mins at the counter. Despite me being the first customer I was left waiting for more than 40 mins and there I was rushing against time to get back to work. Where is ur professionalism CIMB? Is the way you treat your customers? Despite me complaing to the the other girl in charge they never bothered to do anything to help. Lousy customer service CIMB. Horrible staffs!!!
