  Lousy customer services, first phone call always push here and there to different number and no one answering call. Simple loan settlement questions can't answer properly.

  Total 13 counter..staff serving 3 person..waiting time 1 hour..what a lousy service..

  Parking can be difficult to find around this area during working hours but not on weekends and public holidays. The ATM and cash deposit machine is right after the entrance and can easily get congested with people queueing for their turn because the spacing is small. No problems after working hours tho.
