  Budget hotel with small restaurant. There is a coin operated laundry shop nearby so that you will always have fresh clothes during your stay. The hotel is practically surrounded by eateries, the closest being an open air food court just a few steps away from the hotel entrance! This is a good place to stay, especially if you are on a budget and needed low cost rooms but safe place to stay.

  Great and reasonable priced hotel if you're a solo traveller. Be aware that the room is small: enough to fit two guests but will find it a little cramp if both of you each have big luggages, otherwise, it's enough space for a solo. The room has basic amenities to get by a couple nights stay. Water dispenser (hot,warm, and cold) and ironing board is available by the elevator. Shower is hot(how I like it) and easily adjustable. Front desk staffs are friendly. The location of the hotel is almost at city center, and most of the great restaurants (thanislim's guide) are within walking distance (5-15 mins) so that's pretty awesome. Expect some noises at night during weekends, it's city center after all, so yeah. I recommend checking out this hotel for solo/business travellers.

  Simple yet elegant with good security system using security card at lift & room entrance. Free parking for hotel guests but quite limited since it is also open for public with certain entrance fee. The location is the main attraction of this hotel as it is located at the heart of Kota Kinabalu town centre. A lot of restaurants and food stalls available within a very short walking distance. Newly refurbished room with 100% NO SMOKING policy in the hotel premise. A fine of RM200 is charged if you were detected by hotel smoking sensor upon checking out. Size of rooms are very small and not very suitable for family plus no swimming pool here.

  My second stay here. Value for money indeed and housekeeping staff were helpful when I left my shirt in the room. They kept the shirt and I told them to courier it back to KL. They made extra effort to pack it in a plastic and a box. Arrived safely after 3 days. Thanks cititel.
