  Fantastic & professional wedding bridal studio. Good experience at City Image. Staff are all professional. Will introduce this place to my friend for wedding photo shoot. Awesome pictures and fantastic result of wedding image

  I'm not a professional but I know most gowns need some sort of alterations before they can fit regardless if the gowns were provided by a bridal-salon. It's still fine if the size of the bridal gowns has a difference of 2-3cm, but a difference of 8cm?! We do not expect the gowns to be flawlessly fit but a size difference of 8cm is totally unacceptable. The huge size difference happened to both bridal and bridesmaid gown make me hard to believe that it was simply an accident or misunderstanding. Besides the size, the quality is totally gone. The package cost us RM7k + and it's not really " you get what you pay for". We would probably bear with the huge size difference and poor quality if it cost 2k or 3 but it's RM7k !!! We're surely expecting more than this from you (suggest to put the studio name) rather than this "tao bao" quality. Perhaps, "tao bao" quality is much better than yours. The worse part is that Mr Sean didn't seem to have the willingness to solve the issue. He didn't reply the message nor pick up our calls. I must admit that I made a mistake by paying him lum sum of 7k. My humble advice to everyone, please insist to keep the last instalment and pay it after your wedding ceremony if you have naively chosen this salon. This is to protect yourself and hold some sort of leverage for negotiation if needed.

  The photo does not processed well (photo editing & photo taking) and the staff Does not service us especially after payment (bad attitude). So, after payment, our photo editing does not provide on time as promised and badly done especially given the time for editing for just 5 photos is long enough (9 days). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE.

  Affordable price with friendly, easy going and non forcy staff, they will state out all the cost behind, and optional for you to upgrade, whether you wanted to stick with the package or upgrade to new series of gown. I will recommend other ppl to come here👍

  Do not recommend , their dinner gowns are very old fashion and quality not good , if you want nice dinner gowns you gotta pay for it for the "signature gown " 😒
