::An upgraded hotel with modern environment. In the past this was known as Merlin Hotel. Hence for wedding meal still maintain olden days good quality in taste. Presentations of food just simple not comparable to other new hotel.

::First time staying in this hotel, so far it was excellent.. The room itself was very nice and comfy.. The only problem that I encounter was a leaking at the ceiling, still the hotel take action after informing them within 5 minute.. Hoping the management will taken further action afterward.. But I still give them 5 Star

::We were served by a team of friendly, polite & helpful staff. Room is clean, however, toiletries wasn't enough. only 1set toothbrush, 1pair slipper, 1piece laundry plastic bag. air-condition wasn't functioning well, temperature of 20°C vs 30°C is about the same (20°C is slightly too cold for baby to stay in) Swimming Pool & changing room are clean. Melting Pot - it would be better if could provide non-breakable feeding utensils for young children.

::Stayed in deluxe room. The room was in excellent shape. Good vibes and the interior were very calm. The bathroom/toilet was very spacious too with sufficient toiletries. There is a hard rock bar nearby the hotel too. So, feel free to chill there.

::I've stayed here before and my experience was pretty good last time. Not this time though. Room was OK but, the in room safe was in a bad state. The duvet cover was clean but the bad stains on the duvet was visible even through the cover. The front staff Mr Aidil was excellent. Cannot say the same thing about the staff in the restaurant. Breakfast service was very poor and the quality and taste of food during breakfast will be fit for a two star hotel. The waiting staff do not even refill your tea or coffee during breakfast service, kind of strange for a four star hotel. Hoping for a much improved experience next time.
