  Located at a very strategic place. Walking distance to Ampang Point, nasi kandar line clear, and about 15mins drive to city center (no jammed). Near to LRT Ampang. Public transport to LRT Ampang is a lot. Room conditions is ok. Old hotel with old furnitures. And the smells too.. Islamic floor is better. Thy provide Qur'an and prayer mat in the room. And also 'kain basah' in the toilet. Customers service is good at the reception but a bit slow. Food at the restaurant is ok. Service wasn't with a smile. Thumbs down for it.. They also have mosque in the building. So easy for men to pray the Jumaat prayer. All and all its a good hotel. Worth the money.

  Hotel yang strategik dari segi lokasi. Cuma ruang tempat letak kereta agak terhad. Kemudahan disediakan seperti surau memang bersih

  Baru menginap di Hotel de palma ampang...bilik single bed...baru renovate..cantik sgt...recommended

  A Syariah compliance hotel. The ballroom is converted to host Friday prayers with renowned guest Imams from time to time. Kudos to the Management!!!

  utk yg ade ank2..xdigalakkan..tukang jaga kolam marah kalau lantai basah..tempat duduk utk tggu ank2 xde..lainkali jgn buka kolam utk org luar..bilik ok..tp pasni serik dtg sini..sian budak2..basah skit bising..sape nak temankan ank2..kene berdiri mcm tiang bendera depan kolam..
