  Good location.. easy to find, easy to park. Friendly staff, nice interior, mouth watering lunch buffet

  Dining at this hotel is simply amazing if you have CIMB credit card as they will grant you 50% discount of the bill. I usually hangout at their 'piano lounge' during lunch or late eve. Staff pretty much friendly. Decent choice of food and beverage. Also the food tasted good. Nevertheless I had a chance to stay at their Club Room. Booked the room via Travel portal. Room is pretty well layout; not that big. Everything seems to be in order. The Club lounge is something not to be shout about; as their cocktail spread are sub minimal compared to other similar star rated hotel. Also the staff at the Club lounge were not that friendly; unlike the one in Piano lounge. Also the morning breakfast at the Club lounge or the main coffee house is nothing to be amaze; surprised as I usually spend time at their piano lounge. Nevertheless; this hotel give great deal of discount for CIMB card holders.

  Nice and spacious room. But slightly old. The pool is clean and has that foresty feel to it. In room service is also excellent. While the food is on the pricier side, it was quite tasty. I do personally feel that the whole hotel needs a thorough upgrade and renovation.

  The facilities are maintained well. The grand ballroom spacious. The room was excellent, spacious, carpet clean. The bed soft but firm. The bathroom has a window to the room ( weird and kinky... hahaha ). My only gripe was the bathroom door was deformed to a point that you can't lock the door. Food was tasty enough.

  Another our sweet memories 2 🌃 nights stay.... Unmemorable...Room 1652 was very comfortable Bed was so smooth the pillow soft. Sleeping soundly and had our best rest. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very delicious and come with many side dishes to choose and eat. The staff extremely generous in smile during our stay. 🏊 Swimming Pool also very clean and my wife also enjoy the moment there. Very relax and calm. Surely will come back in future
