  The corridor looked quite well and clean, the room not anymore. There were no windows in the room, no water in the shower, dirty walls, crooked floor. For this, they asked 80 RM (!). We stayed only one night, then moved to Grocer's next door... for RM 78 we got a superior room - nice & clean one with windows, balcony door and king size bed. The same price but much better value than Etika.

  Staff more than professional. Clean and comfortable. Most awesome thing, even with more than 50% booked, is a super quiet place. We stayed here 2 times. First time for 2 nights, second time for 3 nights.

  Weird thing is that the staff won't give out the password... Besides the equipments are a bit old but it will do...but I personally never wanna stay here anymore

  We stayed here for four nights and had two rooms. It is a good location in China Town with several connivence stores very close. About a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. There are several places to eat within walking distance like KFC, McDonalds and Starbucks. Many local restaurants as well. The staff speaks English and were nice. Not overly friendly, but nice. The rooms are small, but I was pleased that they were clean. No mold in our rooms or bugs. The bathrooms are also very small but clean. The shower water was hot and good pressure. The AC's worked well. It sounded like elephants stomping and someone sliding something above us. We were on the bottom floor. I'm not sure, but I think the family lives upstairs. Thankfully the noise quieted down around 10 each night. I wish the price was lower for the quality of the room, but overall our experience was good.
