  I read some of the reviews after I booked this hotel and I was a bit uncertain how it would go. I have been very pleasantly surprised.The check in was quick and very smooth. We arrived at 2pm and were in our room within about 10 minutes. We booked an executive club room and found it to be very comfortable. It is really nice to be able to shut the door to the bedroom so my wife can sleep in! The room is not new and flash with lots of marble and mirrors but it was clean (the housekeeping lady does a great job and has the most wonderful smile, she is always happy and welcoming) and in good condition. He gym is small but functional and was never crowded. The best part is the Executive lounge. The staff there are absolutely top shelf, you always feel like they are glad to see you. A relaxed breakfast with nice coffee was always a good start to the day. The evening cocktails was very nice and the food far more extensive than I expected. The beer was cold and the wine was of an acceptable quality. Thank you to all the staff in the lounge for making our stay so nice. The only down side was the lifts get a bit busy at checkout time. The location is an easy walk to everything we go to KL for, food, shopping and more food. If you decide to stay at this hotel do yourself a favour and book an executive club room, it is exceptional value for money. Thanks to all the wonderful staff, we look forward to our next stay.

  I've been here a couple of times. It's a reliable business option, although you do see the wear and tear. I stayed in a plain and functional, but spacious Executive Suite. There is construction on the south side; opt instead for a room on the north side. The pool is nice, and can get crowded in the afternoon. It's on the third floor next to the restaurant, so it's in the shade for some of the day. Do look out for online promotions.

  Ask for high floor but didn't give me. Shower not working properly. Water was very hot regardless you turn left or right. Have to call them to rectify. The kettle cannot automatically off when water boil. No morning newspaper. Breakfast was normal. Room quite big.

  Rooms were big and view was awesome. Though dated and maintenance could be improved. The entire hotel smells of wood paint and only room A/C could take that away. Breakfast was good though limited options. Do book dinners especially room service before 8 pm as almost everything gets exhausted pretty soon. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. We could not get any free shuttles as well. I did not like the locality nearby. Looks pretty creepy at night and there have been instances of purse snatching and thieving even during daytime. Better to stay alert while taking a walk.

  Nice hotel. The breakfast spread was decent. Rooms were spacious. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that the room adjoining to us (people who stayed there made a lot of noise) and no proper sound proofing done, as one can clearly hear the noise. Rest was good overall. Hope Furama would look into this. Great experience overall.
