::Horrible service. Noticed that my parcel was out for delivery so I waited at home all morning. Without any calls or attempt to deliver, suddenly the status turned to "undelivered". There's always a guard at the entrance, and if he was away, why didn't he call me to check? My phone works, SMS works, so the only explanation I have is that it's due to pure laziness and just no respect for quality of service. If you really don't like working for the service industry, then don't!

::Horrible service. I was at home when the delivery came. No one bothered to ring the bell nor call me. As a result, I was given a 'SORRY' notice. I tried calling as well to set up for another delivery or to pick it up myself at the centre, but the call could not go through. I really am upset with all the GDex services, none has lived up to the expectations all this while. I don't even know why sellers always use this service. SUPER BAD SERVICE!
