::Hi it's me. I just want you to know that how dissapointed am I right now. I don't know why I'm the only one who got this kinda service from you as you have so many good review on facebook and google review. Firstly, you forgot about my order and don't even bother to call to inform until I come back which is a week after, and you told me that you forgot about my order, fine, maybe it's just RM124, just a pair of 16 inch folding bike tyre, not a big amount, but I came all the way from serdang, and you didn't even apologize on the day. So you told me to come back when you get the tyre from your sales person which is today 09Apr. Today, finally you apologize via whatsapp because the tyre I ordered isn't fit my bike, I was like what, you should have gave me advise at first on the tyre size and stuff as an expert but you didn't. You don't even bother to explain to me just now why is the tyre isn't fit my 16 inch bike, what I got from you was just a simple reply perhaps just to brush me off. Dear owner, I visited your shop in a good mood, but you have dissapointed me twice. I hope you treat others good especially to those who need your advise although it's just a pair of tyre. Thank you.
