  Depends on which area you are from, you can choose to go Genting to/from 1 Utama shopping mall. Very convenient. Here is the picture taken at 1 Utama bus stop. The buses are on time accordance to schedules. Exact time of departure. Nice arrangements & systematic.

  They show all buses are booked and force you to take "taxi" and show you that next bus is 4-5 hours later. Always have private driver waiting next to counter at groundfloor. they not even a taxi driver actually, more to private driver. the lady work at counter at groundfloor also rude.

  Ticket can be booked 2 weeks before.. sometimes the times you prefer sold out but dont worry as you can get ticket of the go genting bus departure from pudu raya/pudu sentral or gombak lrt station.. if you go by taxi it will cost you rm117 using coupon based taxi...

  Really corrupt people in office. They show all buses are booked and force you to take taxi and show you that next bus is 4-5 hours later. Once the current bus go and new bus come or higher officials come then they change to original. Please don't take taxi, they bribes the officials of office.

  It's always safer to get a ticket in an authorized outlet. We bought our tickets from here to Genting Highlands. The staff in the counter was very helpful in giving out directions.
