::Old school hardcore, dirt cheap gym. Quite cheap only 5RM but I think the price has gone up already. Equipment is old, rusty but adequate. Mineral water costs 2RM. Come as you are, proper gym attire not required. You can workout shirtless. Most guys workout there topless as it is too hot especially on peak hours when it is crowded.

::Old school gym. Only 5 MYR per day. Old equipment, but useful and good enough for weight training. Not a fancy place. Not for cardio. But really cheap.

::I was reluctant in going here due to the state of the place but for 5rm it was hard not to give it a try. The gym itself caters for weight lifting it had everything you can possibly need. Very approachable staff and great environment to work out in; if you don't mind the humidity. I highly recommend this place as it is convenient and is well equipped. Just bring a towel because you will sweat.
