::the staff/owner is not friendly... she didn't even respond us in a nice way... i sent my fur-kid for pet boarding and basic grooming... she didn't even groom the fur around his eyes and i didn't see any difference... my fur-kid usually wont drink much water but once he came back home he drank too much of water... yes, they will put puppies in play pen but fur kids cant do anything in there....
