  The shopping area is more for nearby residents. I love how the exterior look, I didn't managed to shop all stores, the Cold Storage is a mini store, it doesn't have alot of meat selections though.. But it's a good experience shopping here!

  An upscale mall with cold storage supermarket to serve the private estate residents. The food court has change hand many times due to low patronage as compare to the nearby mall. There are some nice restaurant on the top floor but parking is really limited. Toast Box seem to have a good business there. If you like a cup of nice coffee and toast it is a good hunt. Not really a family place there.

  Compact convenience places for daily use shopping. May not find everything you need, but good place for quick groceries shopping and meal. To note that it comes with shopping mall standard parking fee.

  Not much around, but the nicest eateries you can find in the area. Nice cafes for a sweet bite or an afternoon tea, internet cafe spot too. Few restaurants and basic arriva such as 7/11, cold storage, hair dresser, nail salon, etc.. Nice modern wooden design. No shopping spree though.....

  It's a really small mall with an average food court, a small Guardian pharmacy and Cold Storage. Nothing much to see and do there. Just enough for buying bare essentials. Obviously, the Guardian pharmacy there is quite limited in their selection. There's a Old Chang Kee curry puffs stall, a laundrette and another small Western eatery. Upstairs are 2 restaurants, a Chinese one and a Thai one, both are quite average in food quality.
