  When to 3rd floor, had a quick look at the display screens at the top of the counter...great, mata batin is still available but the timing is blinking...(selling fast) proceed to the counter straight as there are no one queing...the 2 lovely indian ladies are chatting loudly amongst themselves...asked for mata batin...reply was full...fine accepted...then look up at the screen again...still blinking?? Return and they are still continuing chatting...until one of them signalled hey someone is infront of you...and then i asked for tomb raider...she then expelled out in one breath...the tv screens are for you to see, if the are available movies, why you dont look at it yourself? The tv is there for a purpose!? Taken aback by her reply...i looked again at the screen...and the display have not changed for the past 5 minutes...went to the gate and asked for the floor supervisor or person incharged...the chap replied they are unavailable and he agreed with me tht the side screen and the main screen had freezed with the same info and display...he then get the lady tht i identified and she asked what she can do tlo assist me...in a friendly tone...i asked if she realised tht the screen is not changing and freezed with the same info...she apologised and then says tht she will get someone to rectify it...moral of the story...go and chat somewhere else. 8/4/2018 9pm

  Nice seats and comfortable. Located level 1 and 3. RM19 for two adult ticket, 9.10pm movie on Wednesday. But parking is kinda high (it's ard this range in kl tho), for weekdays is RM3 for first hr, RM2.5 for 2nd hr, RM2 for 3rd hr and RM1 for the subsequent hr.

  Good rooms, service, location, price and the view ( for the view it would depend on the room u going to be at and the floor plays a part) I was at the 35 floor so the view was super nice. The pic I posted is my room view

  Pretty decent cinema with good selection of movies through until quite late at night. Fairly cheap. Auditorium a bit cold. Snacks are ok and not crazy expensive. If you go for a late show, when the rest of the mall has closed up, exiting down the stairwell is kinda scary and creepy, depositing you out the badly lit rear of the mall. Not especially safe.
