::I had: Salmon salad Salmon set Tuna in citrus juice Suimono (lala soup) The taste was great. The right combination of sauce, mayonnaise, sugar and salt complimented the taste. I enjoyed the Salmom Salas the most. The price of the soup could have been lowered as it is not reasonable for its size.

::Absolutely NO!!! For Japanese Curry Rice, the gravy was so terrible n taste-less and potatoes, onions & carrot just boiled with plain water and it taste like stored in aged fridge. Huge of room for improvement! Thumb up for chawanmushi, pls have a kaizen mindset if required further business survival.
