  Called the vet and they said the only way to make booking is by emailing the doctor. I emailed her and Dr jenny wouldn’t check her email or reply. Its been 5 days already. Please have a system where you can make appointment and bookings by walk in or call , because asking customers to email and wont even get a reply shows how the customer service is dreadful.

  Im usually not one for reviews but Hands N Paws is definitely worth the little time. Had a wonderful experience here. Dr Jenny is friendly and not only took the time to explain patiently but was also really experienced and more importantly gentle in handling my beardies, which im sure that fact alone, would give assurance and great comfort to us pet owners to know that our pets are in skilled hands. The price is reasonable and affordable. I had to wait quite long for my turn but it was definitely worth the wait.

  Dr Lai has been most helpful and willing to spend time to explain my dog's condition. Even came to the car to examine my dog when he wasn't able to get out of the car. Later on, I can't bring my dog to the clinic due to his size and unwillingness to be carried, Dr Lai was willing to go out of the way to advise. And doesn't recommend expensive tests he thinks are unnecessary. I really appreciate his care and concern.

  Dr. Lai is good and kind to the dogs. Gave good advice too. My dogs hv been his patients for years.

  Finally found a vet that is worthy to write a review. Brought my cat here and was finally diagnosed with the correct condition. Been to 2 vets. (Even in the US) and this place got it right. Get here early to skip the long hour wait lines. Don’t complain if they take awhile. They are very thorough. Pets aren’t humans. They aren’t so easy to diagnose. Everyone’s time is precious so just wait your turn. Not to mention, this vet place is well take care of and clean. 5 stars.
