  Services were not as good as expected. We have to communicate through email and the response was slow. Also, we have to find many details and information by ourselves, there's not update of itinerary information etc when available, we have to ask for it. Also, Russian visa application matter, advise given was not clear and not good. Although we are from Sarawak, that doesn't mean we still live on top of trees. Please do not treat Sarawakian as people that 'know nothing'. Thank you.

  Recently i bought 2 tour packages to Sydney and Melbourne for my family from Holiday Tours, KL from Ms Noradilah Musa. I have tour packages from her before, which turn out well but this one was a disaster. She did not explain to us in detail about the tours and i trusted her, so i didn't ask, thinking that it well be good. The things that i didn't: 1. My family had to get up 5am everyday and once they had to get up at 3am- all this was not explained. 2. The hotel in Melbourne - was so bad. While sleeping , they could hear noises from the other rooms, babies crying, etc. 3. The location of the hotel also was not good, it was in a red light area. 4. Staff at the hotel was also very rude. 5. We were not explained, that we had to put a deposit before staying at the both hotels. Overall the tour was very disappointing.
