Service a little slow here. Furthermore, what hospital are call hospital but don't have xray service ( their excuse xray machine broken but they told me the same excuse 8 month ago :sigh: ), and they don't do operation for animal ( broken bone, internal bleeding, etc ). Only checkup, vaccination and sterilization.

Poor veterinarian.. My cat can't eat, drink n pee for 3 days. While I bring my cat over there, they just pressed the stomach and said : " the urine bag is swollen, pls go private to take xray to confirm this diagnosis." I asked :"can we do anything now?" She said :" You can do xray. But do at private, bacause staff who take xray, is not in today. Your cat now is so weak, can't take xray here, as we don't have oxygen, ur cat will hard to breath while take xray." (I was not sure this is true or not, body weak so can't take x Ray. But usually healthy cat don't need to take x Ray, then ill cat can't take xray also? Mmhh😐I think not make sense to me.) She said again :"otherwise, we can give u medicine, hopefully can clear the stone in urine bag, but if your cat still can't pee, pls go to emergency tmr." Then the veterinarian said you need to monitor the food and pee outcome, otherwise the bag urine will boom. Then I requested, can we just do something now, like put the medicine through my cat backside. Then she answered :" cannot. The cat got stone blocked in the urine bag, cant go through." Then I said maybe we give a try. Then she said :" no, we not going to do any treatment, unless diagnosis is confirm." I ask, then do we need to come back later after xray at private vet. She said :" no need, we don't have surgeon can help to remove stone. We don't have this kind of service." I asked :" what service you provided? " She said :" vaccination and neutering." Then I like, what the... I said :"but this is hospital." She said :"............" (she also can't answer me this question) So now question back to must do xray to confirm diagnosis, but no staff can help to do today, and the cat is weak, they can't help to do. Somemore they don't help to do this kind of surgery. They did help me to put drip to hydra my cat, but the drip make my cat swallow. Not a absord at all. And the drip is just pouring out to my cat leg within 5 minutes. My opinion, they not really care about ur pets. Their got no experience, do thing very cincai. My purpose is to do something, then they just ask me go private. If the service available is just up to clinic standard, pls change name to clinic instead of written hospital. P/s : private vets help me the take out the urine with needle immediate. My cat stomach not swollen immediate. They are very care about my pet. And they even have ultrasound can do incase can't do x-ray.

Waiting time was quite long due to long queue and short staff. Veterinarian was friendly and knowledgeable. Keep it up!!

Good vets, altho in general they could do a little bit of cleaning in the treating room. Give the table a wipe down after each pet visit maybe. One of my cat (usually very gentle) got very agitated due to the scent left from other cats, screamed like hell during vaccination because of this and had to have 2 men hold her down while the vet injected her. More work for them tho, not me. Also i notice they don't disinfect the butt-thermometers after using. :/ Just gave it a wipe and put it back in a cup. The wait is quite long despite coming in as soon as they open, that's the price to pay for a cheaper option I guess which I don't really mind. I came at 8am and finished at 10am. This is for 3 cats. Everything else is fine. Fyi, dogs aren't allowed into the reception/waiting hall, i think as a consideration to Muslims. :) They have special kennels you can keep your dogs in while you deal w things. The staffs will guide you to the kennel. These are the general prices for the treatments; FOR CATS. Dogs might be slightly higher. But overall still more affordable than private vets. Per head: Vaccination RM40 Deworm RM5 Spay Female RM60-100 Neuter Male RM40-60 Flea RM25 Pet Passport + Microchip RM45
