  The staff with skull cap serving breakfast behaves like the world owes him a big favour. No smiles, rude and shows unhappy face. Maybe he is happier without a job

  clean,value for money especially for those solo travel/backpacker & very convenience to MRT,Monorel & shopping centre..

  The water is yellow..need to ask for kettle..even budget hotel, there are a lot budget hotels i've been stay and can provide such as mineral water,coffee n sugar..but here nothing..the balcony also dirty...

  Very well decorated hotel in this area, budget accommodations, good looking lobby area and mini restaurant with green tree plants. Service also good. But breakfast service is very poor, menu is ok as a free breakfast but serves is not ok. I think, The boy who serves food, may be he thinks all guests are beggar and all guests comes to him for free food, he haven't any courtesy even he is very over Smart, just disgusting. I think, top management should be alert about this issue.

  Hotel at really nice place. Staff is also friendly but room are not at par. Most of the rooms does not have basic amenities. But overall good budget hotel. You can get plenty of cheap food outside the hotel. Especially Jalan Alor is just few minutes away. Being central area of Bukit Bintang transport connectivity is great. Safe and lively place for tourists.
