::The hotel is located out of City center, not near to anything. The building is bit run down, lack of maintenance. I was attending a friend birthday party there. I ordered ice coffee and the coffee had no taste at all, taste like just ice, sugar and milk mixed, the worse coffee I have ever had.

::Very very good service from a guesting receptionist from Potugal.. But that's it... Bad internet connection in the best room the good, have to go reception area - not overcooked chicken but black and ultra dry and killed dinner - no services in the bar, because before opening hour - very very hard bed - nothing to write home about breakfast - very difficult to get a taxi and ultra far away from city, airport everything - but large hotel with smiling staff, but the doing do anything if you tell them about a problem??... Nor recommended place.. Sorry... Looking forward to go back Thailand..

::I didn't expect such a good quality hotel in Bangi though I couldn't compare it with the other hotels in Kuala lumpur. The rooms are just nice; a bit dated but still comfortable. The sound proofing needs to improve as you can here people outside. Food is nice, buffet is huge and really showcases the vast type of food in Malaysia. Pool is also large and well maintained. Overall I only think the decor needs a bit of updating and modernising.

::It's all a bit dated. Rooms are nice. Everything is nice. But not much more than that. Food is dead cheap and staff really works hard. But it's in the middle of nowhere, and you can't even get a beer on the golf course these days. Malaysia is changing fast. And not for the better, I think.

::arrived at 2pm and been informed to come back after 3 for check in because room not ready yet. got very far room from the lift for my pregnant wife. Bath towel very very very bad and no toiletries and face towel, all need to request. should be 1 star hotel with this kind of service.
