  Absolutely loved this hotel; the staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and all of this cake across as genuine and not forced. There was evening entertainment in the foyer which was pretty good. We had access to the lounge which was a nice way to break up the day with a few drinks; the spirits were house brands I believe but still reasonable value. The staff in the lounge again were very welcoming and friendly. When they realised myself and my partner were veggie they went to the efforts of creating some extra veggie nibbles to eat. :) The breakfast buffet was brilliant lots of good food, live food stations and a wide variety, even for us veggies. The hotel is in a convenient place to for transport links and not far from the shopping mall, also a few convenience stores around/ 7even Elevens when you need a slushy to cool down from the heat ;) Unfortunately I can't comment on the pool as I didn't use it, probably because there was so many other things in the area that I wanted to do. A great place to stay!

  Great start, held up at check in as our rooms not ready eventually got in at 4.45 pm! Nice if a little dated hotel in a great location. Worth paying the extra for club facilities if you want to avoid the nightmare that is the communal breakfast area. Breakfast there is pretty poor, nothing five star about it. Guest rooms are spacious (we had a suite with attached room for the children) but spare bed for youngest child didn't arrive until 11pm and then only after lengthy argument with 3 different people to prove we had ordered it! (We had email to prove it) (see room review below) Plus points very close to pavilion shopping mall easy walk. Twin Towers and other shopping areas. Swimming pool is nice place to cool off, ice cream and towels available by the pool. Back to club lounge, we had afternoon tea, and evening drinks and snacks here all very pleasant. Staff are attentive and friendly. This is only nearly a 5 star hotel if you pay the extra for club lounge. Everything about the rooms needs updating, more plug sockets, fridges that work ( both ours didn't), new bedding, new towels, new furniture, this is not nice retro! I don't think I'd go back, so many better hotels to choose from.

  Had booked a king room and my flight was delayed so I arrived very late in the night and they said no other rooms were available besides one with two small singles. The beds were both quite hard and the decor/equipment was very dated. The location is good and the buffet was great but I would have liked a much better room. There's a new Holiday Inn Express across the street so I'll be going there next time.

  Loved this hotel. We stayed for 1 week over New Year. Staff were great, rooms were very spacious. Only downside with the room was that we had 2 large single beds rather than 1 bed, but they were really comfortable. Executive lounge was fantastic. I have sever food allergies yet I was catered for every day without fail. Food is stunning and you would think you were in a top restaurant. Pool was well maintained and very clean. Location is perfect to everywhere. All the staff go above and beyond and we would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

  Loved it here, very nice hotel and most friendly staff ever. Breakfast is the best at this hotel and I say this with full confidence cause I been to other hotels in the far east and this hotel by far served the best food, I did have some trouble with the room but the manager and staff were so helpful and managed to arrange another room for us. Staff were just too nice and always put a smile on our face. The hotel is very close to a lot of things which is very nice, like malls, Chinatown etc. They even get a taxi for you to travel around This is one hotel I will surely suggest!!!
