  We love to stay at Jen Hotel Puteri Harbour. This is our second time. The hotel had a good deal this time, high tea and cocktails from 5pm to 7pm. No limit on food and alcohol. Just top up the breakfast charge. I enjoyed it. Unfortunately the next day when I went for breakfast I was turned away. But was sorted out. Besides that blemish it was a pleasant stay.

  Very good check in service. Fast and efficient. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was facing harbour and it was beautiful. Hotel feels very new and modern. It's near to Legoland and Hello Kitty Town so very convenient. Car park feels safe for Singapore cars.

  Big hotel with nice cozy room but with room view facing some buildings and need to pay extra rm250 for hello kitty room. Breakfast buffet is good with variety of choices. Ground floor plaza has restaurants, cafes and where Hello Kitty Town is at. Lower ground floor has restaurants with nice harbor view.

  1. Function room small n video projector blocked the upper screen, if you are sitting at back. And! Waiters (they also enjoying our shows) may blocked your viewing at the stage in the middle (Right After VIP Table) if you are sitting at back. 2. scene of rooms very good (harbour view). 3. Relaxing place. 4. Walk way very long to my room.

  Getting to the hotel via car can be a little challenging if solely depends on directions of Google Map. The surrounding establishments are undergoing construction and there are lots of blocked roads. Room wise, we have nothing to complain. Comfortable bed, spacious room with lots of complimentary toiletries! There a pull out bed right under the sofa for extra sleeping space! There's also a drawer storing an extra blanket and extra pillow. Automated day and night curtains with just a button. Nice swimming pool too and a excellent view!
