  Good location.. Rebuild colonial style.. Just missed the authentic touch

  AC wasn't working, even after swapping rooms. Some rooms can be loud due to street noises. No sound proofing was done. Breakfast was a joke. Save the calories for real Penang food outside. Some parking spaces for guests. Overall not satisfied and would recommend other heritage hotels

  Aircon in 2 rooms offered not working. No follow-up from the maintenance team despite requested even after 2 nights. Street facing rooms very loud. Breakfast very basic. Not coming back again here.

  Beautifully design boutique hotel with very spacious rooms. However the housekeeping could be improved. Also has a serious mosquito infestation problem.

  Old style and historic building. With its charming and delightful staff, it's a place to visit again on my next trip. With the availability of a restaurant which serves great food has made my stay very enjoyable. A sincere thank you to the staff. The only negative I would have to point out for the less tolerant people is the traffic noise that one would have to tolerate.
