Do not ever go to this medical center, the WORST medical center ever. They did not keep what they promised when signed up for the package. Previously they said the med screening package is flexible and some tests can be done at later year but it turns out cannot be used. During signed up time they also mentioned if unable to complete the package in time, it is allowable to extend but it ends up cannot extend and wasting our money. The doctor that give us the consultation is unfriendly, not helpful and fierce. She is not answering the questions about the screening package and just said "none of her area, please refer to upstairs". The doctor also advised us to take certain test that is not in the package without us realizing it, ends up we were forced to pay unnecessary for the test that we unwanted. We truly feel cheated and dissatisfied. This medical center is not customer focus, service is total out, procedure is slow and inefficient, teams are not integrated & pushing the responsibility around. If you do not wish to be dissatisfied, waste your money and time, please DO NOT EVER go to this medical center.

Feel welcomed with their hospitality. Had a good appointment with iHeal, though the appointment was 1230pm, but they allowed to do it earlier as I am still working. Fast and efficient procedure.

Had a good appointment with iHeal. Done first full test from 8.30am and ended at around 1pm from body weight, height analysis, then hearing and eye sight test up to CT scan, ultrasound, blood test, urine test, x-ray, cardio, lung test and ECG. Diagnosis took about one and a half hour. Majority of the time spent was waiting for results to be printed on the same day for doctor's consultation. Was served with a free tuna sandwich with a HomeSoy soya drink. Well managed during our weekday appointment with great services.
