::The hotel used to be better. Standard has dropped tremendously.. Dirty and used cup in the room, food remnants on the floor upon check-in.. Room for improvement needed for attitude of reception staff when I asked a question.. The stay would otherwise be pleasant except the above.

::Excellent rooms with good room service and polite staff members. A little away from the city. But thankfully there isn't much of a traffic jam in Kuching. A great place for family and kids would love the pool too

::To be honest, it was a good and comfortable place to stay. However it's far from tourist spots and need a 15 min ++ to travel by car to other tourist spots, and not so much specialities around it, just attached to a mall with not so many shops. And for the bathroom toilet is bidet.. which I didn't really prefer 😅. But breakfast was great, many delicious food. 👍

::The best hotel in Kuching. Highly recommended for those travellers. You have everything under one roof (together with Boulevard Shopping Mall). Price is reasonable and it's worth every penny. Room facilities are well maintained.
