  Upon arrival, the security team is great at directing patrons so two thumbs up. I was quickly greeted by a friendly individual from the sales team and was shown the car. Things soon begin to turn sour as their weak sales team start to unveil itself. 1 I was left with the car as the sales person left to take the keys. Thing is, the car wasn’t lock in the first place so I opened the door and helped myself in. 2 Then I was handled by another sales person who read me the specification list which is displayed next to the car itself and widely available on the Internet. He could have surprised patrons by informing them on less known features of the vehicle such as brakes can be automatically applied in cruise control or the ability to perform launch control. 3 The sales consultant, namely Wesley Kuang, made it clear in the worst way possible on there is no test drives on JCW models. The reason being, they are in a more exclusive league than Porsche. I wonder if he had tried his Prada glasses on prior to buying them as I am unsure if Prada is below or on the same plane of exclusivity as John Cooper Works. 4 He continued rambling on his privileged clientele paying for cars in full aka cash which was very much unnecessary. 5 When asked on Mini’s Full Circle Programme, the inept salesperson ended the conversation by saying it is not applicable to JCW models. Given the situation, he could have elaborated on how the programme work on other models and other financing solutions (eg. balloon) that’s recently introduced by the company. In conclusion, it does say a lot when the whole of their own sales and marketing team leaving 5-star review on their own Facebook page. Look up Ingress Auto Damansara on Google review for a clearer picture while making a purchase decision.

  Wow MINI . THEY are selling mini . showroom design very well especially interior design. Parking space for customers is quite enough. Staff is friendly presentations are good. Nice and clean place.
