  Very effective compared to other therapies I tried before. I always have a good nap after the masterful treatment. You have to try it to experience what I have experienced! Have recommended it to my friends.

  Carol is a knowledgeable, skilled and gifted physiotherapist! I love her treatment approach, non-typical physiotherapy, that deep dives into finding the root cause with thorough checking! She treats the injury and pain using a non-painful way that gives amazing results! Highly recommended!

  Was recommended by a friend to Carol for knee issue that kept recurring, and im glad i went.Carol looks for the source of the issue to treat it- and that's what's important to make sure it doesn't re occur. Carols style is more investigative to help her pinpoint the problem area and then she works on it. Sometimes it's not much, just a few well placed prods or pushes- but the tightness and knots just clear. She is very knowledgeable and skilled, and I'm very glad that we have finally found the cause of my years of pain!

  I wish I had found Into Balance before I agreed to back surgery, but six years later Carol has taught me to be pain free. I couldn't walk without a crutch. The thousand meter walk to my bus was an endurance test of over forty minutes. During a few short sessions at Into Balance I relearned to move with ease. Now with forty minutes spare I can stroll five kilometers in comfort; the walk to the bus is an invigorating eight-minute stretch. At times I've burst into a brief run: to dodge traffic, to catch a bus, or for the sheer joy of it. Chronic pain had stolen my life away, Carol at Into Balance gave it all back.

  Carol's knowledge and ability to unlock the body is outstanding. In three sessions she has managed to release knots and blocks and I now have a much better range of movement. She gives easy to manage homework. She also provides feedback to my personal trainer so that he can modify my training programme. She's happy to answer questions and helps connect the dots more importantly she uses lay language, when explaining things. I would happily recommend Carol @ Into Balance to my friends.
