  Made an appointment for 4.30pm, arrived a few minutes early only to hear that I have 1hr plus more to wait. Then what is the point of making an appointment? Granted that unexpected turn of events can happen, receptionist did not apologise, did not seem apologetic for the lack of respect for my time. She could have called me in advance to notify me but she brushed it off as being too busy. 30s to make a call out of respect for other people's time, she could not afford.

  Teeth Scaling was painful to me. Noted that I have sensitive teeth. I had to request some anesthesia spray and the medicines I received didn't stop my pain and inflammation. It is not the best types of pain killer and antibiotics.

  Lousy reception attitude for after- sales services. Poor denture quality, broken twice already
