  The hotel is okay. The room is okay. Things that bother me a little bit is the lift and the breakfast in the morning. Not much varieties and it's just ordinary breakfast. That's okay actually because you can find other scrumptious delicacies outside.

  We had to stay at the place for one night as nobody was present at our other pre-booked guesthouse. At first, everything seemed fine. But then there was noise and music from a party on second floor until late in the night. This is unfortunately not the only thing- rhe Aircon air was really bad and stuffy and the waterpumps were so noisy that it was impossible to sleeps without ear plugs (though this might not be a problem in every room). Finally, we switched on the lights and found several cockroaches in the room. As by then it was 4 in the morning, we decided to simply call it a night and stayed awake until morning. At 7 we asked for a refund and were assured that our 130 ringitt would be reimbursed onto our credit card. However, this of course never happened.. So our recommendation is: stay somewhere else! Don't go to this place. It is our only bad experience during one month of traveling in Malaysia

  Never got room here, just heard from friends that its ok. Always get the chance to hang out at the jewels cafe, the food is good.

  city center. walking distance to major spots in Kota Bharu. Affordable with breakfast included. Minus the buzzing sound of the waterpump.

  I would rate as 4 if I was given a better room with no bad smell from the molded ceiling and wall. And the bad experience I have to face as there's a flying cockroach inside my room. These are the biggest turn off for me. reasonable price i.e.paid for rm95/night after discount. Would not stay here if the price is more than rm100. Got quite variety selection for breakfast. Taste not bad. Paid parking
