  I’ve walked past their shop at Punggol Plaza and decided to try this Herbal Spa which costs $199. The first bad impression gives to their menu, everything stated on the book is $398. After the spa done (the spa is too disappointing to such price), the sales keep pushing purchase of package at the price of $199 per session. I told her frankly that I could give it a try another type of service at the price of $199 but not intend to get a package. She seemed don’t get it and kept pushing on the package and even rejected my intention to another trial at $199 as she said another trail would cost $398 instead!!! I couldn’t help but asking her does her boss really do business in this way?! Even the staff whom performed the spa service couldn’t tolerate the sales and offered another trail as I suggested to close the senseless conversation. I’m so regretting that I had the courage to another trial.....

  I was walking around at Serangoon Nex this morning without having an intention to get a facial initially. Well, saw the promotion on relaxing facial $38 and thought i could relax a little since its too early to shop around as other stores weren't open yet. Ended up, i paid over $150 for a ultimate horrible experience! "SUPER PUSHY" manager and therapist trying to hard sell! In between the treatment process, the therapist had attempted to upsell me by introducing an add-on service known as (Shui guang treatment) which apparently like "gua sha" with a super moisturising product. She actually started the procedure without seeking my consent and when i asked her for the price, she said it was $398 but could give it to me complimentarily for just half of my face. Seeing that im pretty reluctant to take up the service, she again proposed me to pay $88 for "gua sha treatment" to complete the other half of my face which i agreed in the end because im not good at rejecting. I would like to mention that the other half was done in a rush and i seriously dun feel that was worthy for a substandard job. Finally, treatment was over. I thought it will be the end. Nope, i was wrong. I was asked to sit down for sales preach again. Packages which calculated to a cheaper rate per session as compared to what i paid for today in total. $110 vs $150. Seriously, not interested since the bad facial experience and treatment process was truly NOT relaxing at all. *I don't pay $150 to get myself a stressful facial when it posted as a relaxing facial. The manager gave me a sarcastic look somemore when i turned down the offer politely. Overall, NO GOOD! Count myself unlucky and a "carrot" for the day. Definately not going back again and will not suggest or recommend it to my friends either. I've tried other facial treatments from other salons and this is the worst so far.

  I was walking around NEX when I walked past this JOYRE outlet. I took a look at their "promotions" posted outside and the staffs were quick to approach me and told me that they are having this relaxing massage for $38 and so I told them okay. Just as the massage started, the manager came in and she offered this $68 massage which will include herbal oil and hot stone trial. She was very insistent that I take that one instead and after she explained it, I went for the $68 package already. Halfway through, she came in again and was offering another package which is $120. I told her no as I don't intend to spend that much and that I just walked past and wanted to give it a try over at this brand. When the massage was done. She keep asking me to buy packages which I really don't intend to buy. But she keep insisting instead. I told her that I came in for the massage only and for me to relax and I ended up getting more stressed because she doesn't want to stop on pushing me to buy a package. She seem like she won't take no for an answer. When I told her I really don't want to and that I will only pay for the $68, she changed her mood instantly and she went off. This is a really bad experience over here. Definitely not coming back. I only gave 2 stars here because of Sandy, the girl who massaged me, who was very nice to me.

  Visited another branch of this salon. Very stressful. Upon signing 1st package which costs more than $1500 with them. They tried to push you more packages every visit. Instead of providing a relaxing service to customers., they keep preaching package. They double up their prices to make up the of the bonus loss they provide. Number game. They do not use to proper protection for customer when certain type of machine is used on customer. Only get to enjoy one time clean bed aka the 1st time. Subsequent visits, I am brought to beds with used wet towel. Even being the 1st customer of the day, I can feel the towel has been used. Not sure if this has to do with me refusing to sign another package. But with the bad experience, it makes me even sure that my choice is right.
