  This KFC in Segamat is the FIRST fast food chain in Segamat, circa 1980's. Back in the days where they served you with fine China plates, forks and knives. Back in the days when only doctors, headmasters, lawyers or wealthy individuals and their families dine. Back in the days when you and I can only get a whiff of the famous aromatic fried chicken while peering into the restaurant with hands capped around our face, marvel at the dinning environment. KFC Segamat has shifted 3 times in 38 yrs due to rental contracts. Ask any ppl in Segamat about where they have celebrated their birthdays or their first date...yes, it's at KFC.

  Efficiency of service must update... Not delay too long time when customer was already make an order.. Especially lunch time..

  A little bit bad service but still if we want to eat fast food it was easy to take away
